One was the balcony which was negligently built and began leaking immediately but did not show itself until 3 years later. By the time Gary, owner of Tech Art discovered the leak, it had almost rotted down to a structural member! Tech Art not only found NUMEROUS areas where Habitat just completely messed up and hid their defects under tile, but Tech Art correct each and every defect and over engineered the fixes so that I would never have to worry about leaking again. Tech Art is diligent and won’t rush the work just to finish the day or to jump to the next project they have. I am glad Tech Art answered my inquiries and corrected the negligent build of my builder.”
